Posting Settings

Configure how Confetti Bot delivers celebration messages to your team. Access these settings from the Home tab by clicking Posting Settings under “Settings & Admin”.

Timezone Configuration

Set your workspace timezone so that celebrations are posted at the right time for your team. Choose from common timezones like America/New_York, Europe/London, Asia/Tokyo, and more.

Posting Time

Choose when celebrations are announced during the day. Set a posting time (in 24-hour format) and celebrations will be delivered at that time in your configured timezone.

For example, setting the time to 09:00 means celebrations will be posted at 9:00 AM in your workspace timezone.

Channel Selection

Select which channels receive celebration messages. You can configure separate channels for birthday celebrations and work anniversary celebrations.

On the Pro and Unlimited plans, you can set up separate channels for birthdays and anniversaries — for example, posting birthdays in #birthdays and anniversaries in #milestones.

Weekend Handling

Configure how celebrations are handled when they fall on a weekend:

• Friday Before: Weekend celebrations are moved to the preceding Friday
• Monday After: Weekend celebrations are moved to the following Monday
• Actual Day: Celebrations are posted on the actual day, including weekends
